Come join Intuit as part of the Workplace Solutions team as a Workplace Space and Special Projects Manager. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business.

Work proactively with the Team and our Customers to:

•Understand our HR customers needs and develop insights that inform our strategy and service offerings
•Create the Workplace Offerings delivery strategy
•Develop proposals and service offerings that enable effective utilization of Intuits space, appropriate employee programs and services with a constant eye on self-sufficiency while offering the right level of assistance.
•Provide training and ongoing coaching on process improvement and scalable service delivery across a complex portfolio of space and employee services.
• Provide appropriate change management and communication leadership on all project deliveries.
• Execute small to large scale workplace projects working across complex processes, various organizations and external providers.
• Market Workplace offerings to drive appropriate participation and acceptance.
• Effectively understand how to measure outcomes and drive continuous and rapid improvement.

Resulting in:
Efficiencies in cost and time allocation to develop and execute complex space options to either a) expand b) consolidate c) align space for productivity or collaboration in the business.
Enable Employees to be more productive and collaborate while effectively driving higher rates of internal density and usage of Intuit Real Estate Assets.
Innovation - Scalable Space / Remodel / Move service delivery serving broader employee base
More users per building at less cost per SQ FT without compromising on collaboration and productivity.
Less process associated to space planning and moves providing more flexibility for employees to sit where they need in order to work with the groups they need to.
Less costly proposal development to aide in decision making (speed and financial resources minimized)
Less costly interior remodels aligned with Workplace directions (use of reusable patterns, best practices, alternative building materials and furniture systems)
Sustainable LEED practices deployed when appropriate
Employees know where to go to get support and how to get there for Space and other Special Offering Project implementations.
Positive customer experience in the Space Management (and other Special Offerings) service and Occupancy Planning / Proposal Development and Execution.
Customer feedback measures (e.g., surveys, net promoter)
Developing capability (outsourcer, org and individual) to manage process and continually improve)
Nimble change environment for Space and other special projects assigned.
Launch and learn environment - innovative solutions brought to the customer continuously.
Knowledge of our customers leading to pro-active development of additional appropriate solutions or services.
Self sustaining process, system, people development roll out
Projects delivered on time/on budget

Qualifications: • Education: BS in Interior Design, Workplace Programs, Marketing preferred
• Special Skills and experience: Program Management and Change Management. Office Building Interior Design and Construction Remodeling Experience. USGBC LEED Certified. Space Management and Occupancy Planning / Move Add Change. Workplace Food and Fitness Programs. Project and Program Management. Marketing, Communications and Change Management. Measurement.
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast paced team oriented environment
- Ability to think both short term and long term (strategic) with an eye on creating results that are keeping the business moving ahead

Proven track record of launching new workplace services (Space, Food, Fitness, Facility in particular) to the world using methodologies that include:
•Building a business case using data to illustrate the need for change and ROI
•Rigorous understanding of user and stakeholder needs
•Market research to develop understanding of best practices and competitive landscape
•Interior Design and space management methodologies
•Effective execution and leadership through program management, project management, and influencing skills
•Using data to illustrate "how were doing" against objectives
•Process improvement and quality management capabilities
•Training and coaching capabilities for effective hand-off of initiatives to operations teams
•Ability to accept accountability leading to business outcomes while working effectively in an environment that has the following qualities: start-up phase of this new-to-Intuit function, virtual and international team, rapid change, finding order in the ambiguous, deadline driven, high visibility
